By placing an order you agree to the following: 

• Full payment is required at the time of the order.
• Changes in dates require a 1 week advance notice.
• No exchanges or refunds are available.
• We will do our best to ensure an assortment based on the flowers discussed, however if particular flowers are unavailable due to seasonal issues, we will ensure as close a replacement as possible. Likewise, if you are placing an order for delicate fresh flowers such as Jasmine, slight discoloration can happen owing to temperature and weather conditions. Please refer to our included flower care guide to maximize the longevity of your flowers.

Pick up Orders:

Orders not picked up by the specified date will not be refunded and products will not be kept. 

Delivery Orders:

Please verify that all information is correct before proceeding. Packages will not be redelivered if the incorrect address is given.
